Limited Product Warranty and Return Policy
All product sales are final and no return, exchanges or shipping refunds of any kind shall be provided except as provided herein. Biodermis guarantees product quality and will replace any defective product, provided the product is bought directly from BIOCORNEUM.com and within 30 days of purchase. Biodermis shall not be responsible for BIOCORNEUM products sold through unauthorized third-party channels or resellers. Offering to resell or reselling, or offering to redistribute or redistributing, BIOCORNEUM products through unauthorized third-party channels or resellers, including third-party online retail sites, is strictly prohibited and will immediately void any product warranties and any licenses (express or implied) to BIOCORNEUM intellectual property rights. BIOCORNEUM will not guarantee or replace any BIOCORNEUM product sold through unauthorized third-party channels or resellers. BIOCORNEUM reserves the right to cancel any orders that it determines in its sole discretion are made for commercial resale or redistribution purposes through unauthorized third-party channels or resellers.

BIODERMIS RETURN POLICY
- BIOCORNEUM customer service representative must authorize return prior to return of merchandise.
- Merchandise must have all manufacturer’s seals intact, and the unit cartons completely unmarked.
- Such units returned within thirty (30) days from date of order are eligible for full credit or replacement.
- Products received beyond the thirty (30) days may be subject to restocking and/or repackaging charges.
- Products not returned within six months (180 days) from date of purchase are not eligible for credit.
