By submitting any photos, videos, testimonials, or written content ("Materials"), you:
- Grant Nuance Medical and its affiliates a worldwide, perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:
- Use, reproduce, distribute, modify, adapt, publish, and display the Materials
- Use the Materials in any media now known or developed in the future, including websites, social media, advertising, email, and print
- Use your name, likeness, and submitted story in connection with the Materials
- Acknowledge that:
- No additional compensation will be provided beyond the Campaign incentives
- Nuance Medical is not obligated to use your Materials
To be eligible:
- Submissions must include original before and after images
- Images must be taken at least 8 weeks apart, consistent with product directions for use
Content must:
- Be your own and not stock or AI-generated imagery
- Not infringe on any third-party rights
- Accurately represent your experience
You represent and warrant that:
- You have full rights to submit the Materials
