By submitting any photos, videos, testimonials, or written content (“Materials”), you:

• Grant Nuance Medical and its affiliates a worldwide, perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:
  • Use, reproduce, distribute, modify, adapt, publish, and display the Materials
  • Use the Materials in any media now known or developed in the future, including websites, social media, advertising, email, and print
  • Use your name, likeness, and submitted story in connection with the Materials
• Acknowledge that:
  • No additional compensation will be provided beyond the Campaign incentives
  • Nuance Medical is not obligated to use your Materials

To be eligible:

• Submissions must include original before and after images
• Images must be taken at least 8 weeks apart, consistent with product directions for use

Content must:

• Be your own and not stock or AI-generated imagery
• Not infringe on any third-party rights
• Accurately represent your experience

You represent and warrant that:

• You have full rights to submit the Materials
• You are the person shown in the Materials, or have that person's permission to submit them

• All eligible entrants receive a one-time 20% discount code for BIOCORNEUM.com
  • Code is valid for a limited time and subject to standard exclusions
• Grand Prize (2 winners per drawing period). Each winner receives:
  • $250 Visa Gift Card
  • A full set of BIOCORNEUM products
• Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the drawing period

• Two winners will be selected randomly using Wheel of Names at each drawing
• Drawings take place twice per year:
  • January drawing: eligible entries received July 1 – December 31 of the prior year
  • July drawing: eligible entries received January 1 – June 30 of the same year
• Each entry is eligible only for the drawing period in which it was submitted
• Winners will be notified via email and/or phone using the contact information provided
• If a winner does not respond, an alternate winner may be selected
• Winners' first name and last initial may be announced publicly on BIOCORNEUM social media and website

• U.S. residents
• Age 18 or older

Not eligible:

• Employees of Nuance Medical, LLC
• Immediate family or household members of employees
• Healthcare providers (including physicians, nurses, and clinical professionals)

• The Campaign began May 1, 2026, and is ongoing until modified or terminated by Nuance Medical
• Entries are accepted on a rolling basis and assigned to the drawing period in which they are received

Submissions must not include:

• Misleading or unsubstantiated claims
• Content that violates healthcare or advertising regulations

Nuance Medical reserves the right to:

• Review, edit, or reject submissions
• Decline to use any content that does not meet standards

Nuance Medical is not responsible for:

• Lost, late, or incomplete submissions
• Technical failures or platform issues

Participation is at your own risk.
