At this time, BIOCORNEUM® is available only in the United States, so we're only able to partner with US-based creators. Additionally, this program is not open to licensed healthcare providers with an active NPI number. BIOCORNEUM® Creator Program — Terms & Conditions
By submitting your information and applying to the BIOCORNEUM Creator/UGC Program, you ("Creator," "you") agree to the following terms with Biodermis, LLC, BIOCORNEUM, and their affiliates under Nuance Medical, LLC (collectively, the "Company"):
You grant the Company a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, fully transferable, and sublicensable license to use, reproduce, publish, display, distribute, edit, modify, adapt, and create derivative works from any content you submit or create in connection with this program — including photographs, videos, written testimonials, your name, likeness, voice, and professional title (collectively, "Content") — in all media and formats, online and offline, internal and external, now known or hereafter developed, with no limitation as to time, territory, or purpose.
This includes, but is not limited to, advertising, promotions, social media, website content, packaging, and other marketing or communication materials.
Any compensation for Content is limited to the amount expressly agreed upon in writing between you and the Company prior to content creation. You are not entitled to any additional payment, royalty, residual, or other remuneration for the Company's use of the Content, regardless of how, where, how often, or for how long the Content is used.
If no compensation is agreed upon in writing, you acknowledge that Content is provided voluntarily and without remuneration.
The Company may use, save, edit, crop, retouch, caption, and combine the Content with other materials at its sole discretion. You waive any right to inspect or approve the final use of the Content, including any edited or derivative versions.
You represent and warrant that:
(a) you are at least 18 years of age;
(b) the Content is your original work and does not infringe the rights of any third party;
(c) you have obtained all necessary consents from any individuals appearing in the Content; and
(d) any statements you make about BIOCORNEUM products reflect your honest opinions and actual experience.
If you receive free product or compensation, you agree to clearly and conspicuously disclose your material connection to the Company in any Content you post to your own channels, in accordance with FTC Endorsement Guides (e.g., #ad, #sponsored, or #BIOCORNEUMpartner).
If you would like your personal information handled in a particular way (e.g., displaying "R." instead of your full name), please specify in your application. Contact information you provide will be used for follow-up and clarification regarding your submission.
The Company cannot assume liability for the unlawful dissemination of Content by third parties.
Submission of an application or Content does not guarantee acceptance into the program, use of your Content, or any partnership or payment obligation on the part of the Company.
