Shipping policy

Signature is required on shipments over $250.00

• All prices are in US Dollars.
• Currently this site does not support international orders.
• For orders placed outside the United States, please email customerservice@biocorneum.com or call (702) 260-4466 for ordering information in your country.
• Merchandise will be shipped within 48 hours of order via FedEx or USPS.
• WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS DO NOT QUALIFY AS SHIPPING DAYS.
• In order to ship a Fedex 2nd Day or Overnight order a street shipping address must be provided. FedEx is unable to ship orders to a post office box.

Order processing time
Orders placed Monday-Friday prior to 1:30pm pacific standard time will be processed that day and shipped as requested.

Orders placed after 1:30pm pacific standard time will be processed the following day, excluding weekends. For example orders placed on Friday at 2:00pm will be processed on the following Monday and shipped as requested.

Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed on Monday and shipped as requested.
